By accessing or using Payarity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including organization admins and team members invited to an organization account.
Payarity is a commission reconciliation tool. It helps sales and RevOps teams reconcile CRM data, revenue records, and commission payouts, surface discrepancies, and manage disputes. The Service is provided on a subscription basis — see Pricing for current plan details.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all commission data, deal records, and other content you upload to Payarity. By using the Service, you grant Payarity a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that data solely to provide the reconciliation features you've subscribed to. We don't sell your data or use it for any purpose beyond operating the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
Payarity's AI-powered features (including Trace, AI Insights, discrepancy explanations, and dispute suggestions) are provided as-is. Outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors — treat them as decision support, not authoritative financial calculations. Always verify AI-generated outputs against your source records before acting on them.
The Payarity name, logo, and all Service features are owned by Payarity and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Payarity does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any calculations or reconciliations will be accurate without verification against your source data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payarity's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Payarity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Payarity may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may request a data export before termination — see Settings → Export.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
